PROMEX DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

Promex (Promotion of Excellence in Namibia) was established in October 1994. (Registration Number 94/00274). Initially the company focused largely on market research, as the founding members saw that to be a priority need in the market. Over the years, however, Promex became involved in additional fields of expertise in response to emerging needs which were highlighted by the market surveys carried out for client companies, covering aspects such as management training interventions, organisational restructuring, strategic planning and management. Feasibility studies and general consultations have also been added to the list. Over the past 4 years Promex has been extensively involved in projects focusing on Government reform, i.e. commercialisation of Government functions, outsourcing, etc.

To fulfill the required expertise of particular assignments, PROMEX has established a close networking relationship with other specialised consultants, ranging from reputable one-man operations to large consultancy firms.
