1. Facilitating and implementing the training programme for the Namibian Stock Exchange, 1996  


In conjunction with Progressive Systems College of South Africa, Promex organised and facilitated the implementation of a stock exchange training program for the public. The objective of the training was for the newly established Namibian Stock Exchange to create awareness and knowledge regarding the functioning of the stock market, so as to stimulate stock trading activity at the exchange.
 

2. Public Sector Procurement Training Needs Analysis, 1996  


Conduct an all encompassing training needs analysis across all Government Ministries with regard to staff involved in public sector procurement, commissioned by the Office of the Prime Minister.
 

3. Compilation of Public Procurement Training Modules for Namibian Government, 1996 to 1998  


Instructed by the Office of the Prime Minister and in collaboration with the International Trade Center (ITC), Geneva, PROMEX developed training modules for public sector procurement management training.
 

4. Hospitality and Guest Relations Training - Safari Hotel, 1996  


Development of training modules and training of staff in the fields of hospitality and guest relations.
 

5. Switchboard Operators Training for Telecom Namibia, ongoing  


Training of Telecom switchboard and manual exchange operators with the aim of improving telephone etiquette, customer relations and service levels generally.
 

6. 4 Performance Management workshops (each 3 days) for Telecom Namibia, Northern Business Unit  
 
7. Compilation of "Effective Meeting Procedure" Modules and conduct training workshops for the Namibia Integrated Health Programme (NIHP)
